I'm looking for someone or somewhere to get my hair cut in a cute, sex, punk- rock, perepie, and easy to manage way. My hair my be a little damage, but I have the right amount to work with for the style I want. I live in downtown Baltimore, so if their anyone out there that came help- please answer me:)

You just have to poke your head in different shops and get a feel for what they can do.
It would be best if you brought in some kind of picture of what you want your hair to look like. They should be able to duplicate it. Ask first!!
