I just cut my hair last summer in Las Vegas into a short do. It was up to my jawline and layered and had a feel cute and punky look, the change I needed for starting college. Now, a year later, its grown all back and my hair stylists is a couple thousand miles away. I need a hair cut but I dont want to break the bank ( I live in New York City now) nor do I want a do that makes me want to hide from the public. Does anyone have a website or suggestion as to where I can get it cut at? I have tried several times since Ive moved here but it never looks the way I want it to. Please let me know. Thanks!
