Hmm, how about wearing hair accessories? A cute hair grip or slide-in can make short hair look real cute and girly. Also remember the good thing about your hair is that your shoulders/neck are on display. If you wear a strappy top these are definatley on show and that's sexy. Tan them up, spritz on some perfume - it's ultra sensual.

Hey have u seen the movie Ghost in which Demi Moore has a real short hair cut and how nice she looks in it. I pretty sure u too look as cute and nice as her. So dont worry and its a matter of time. Till ur hair grows to its normal lenght wear some cool clothes like spagetti or tube tops with cargos or cotton trousers.
i would try wearing glittery headbands, they sell thin ones or clips with the rhinestones on them those are really cute and super girly

Emo is a bit more goth, scene is a bit more punk.
Scene hair for girls is basically very volumized, lots of layers with different lengths, and a side fringe. Colours are usually black, but other colours are not uncommon.

scene hair ;; i love it ! its basically when you have layers or very choppy looking hair . neon hair extenstions or just all the way black . tons of hairspray to make the top layers of your hair look poofy . some wear long scene hair and some wear short . i prefer long tho :] hope i helped !

What I did when I cut my hair was a drastic. I got my hair tapered which is basically cutting it off in the back and had my hair cut in an angle which was layered. Having it longer in the front and shorter toward the back. That may not be for you though.
If you want it chin length then just cut it to your chin and then maybe striaghten it if you dont like it short and curly. That style is always pretty. I bet it is really pretty long though. Good luck.
